The High School Medical School Forum is a unique opportunity for high school students in Southern California to experience what life is like for a medical student.
The forum is part of UC Irvine School of Medicine’s community outreach effort to introduce high school students to a career in medicine and ancillary healthcare fields. Through the half-day program, high school students are given a unique opportunity to observe clinical care firsthand by healthcare providers in a hospital setting.
Students who participate in the program will have the opportunity to:
Registration for each session of the High School Medical School Forum is open to 30 high school students. The forum runs from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
